The customer is a professional recycled aluminum processing enterprise in Brazil, primarily recycling waste aluminum profiles, aluminum cans, scrap aluminum accessories and mixed aluminum alloy materials. They required a complete aluminum scrap crushing and recycling line capable of processing various mixed aluminum materials, achieving efficient impurity separation and high-purity finished aluminum — with fully automated operation, low production loss, environmental compliance, stable output and reduced operating & labor costs.
Problems & Challenges Encountered：
Waste aluminum materials are mixed with plastic, rubber, rust, sediment and other sundries. Traditional equipment has low sorting accuracy, resulting in low-value finished aluminum.
Waste aluminum products are irregular in shape. Thin and hollow aluminum materials are hard to crush with uneven particle size, greatly reducing sorting efficiency.
Low automation of traditional equipment requires manual sorting, leading to low productivity and high labor cost.
A large amount of dust and light debris are generated during production, lacking environmental protection devices and failing to meet emission standards.
Ordinary equipment has poor wear resistance, frequent failure and short service life, which restricts continuous mass production.
