What procedures are required for plant construction? Can you assist with the application?
The procedures required for plant construction include business license, project approval and filing, environmental impact assessment approval, discharge permit, safety production license, etc.; we can provide full support, including qualification application consultation, site planning, process design, to assist customers in completing the procedures quickly and putting into production as soon as possible.
-
Do you provide installation, commissioning and training?
We provide free on-site installation, commissioning and operation training services, with a 1-year warranty and lifelong maintenance support; for overseas projects, professional engineers can be dispatched to guide on-site according to customer needs to ensure the equipment is put into production quickly.
-
What is the service life of wearing parts? Is maintenance complicated?
The blades and hammerheads are made of high-wear-resistant alloy materials, with a service life of 800–1200 hours; the equipment adopts a modular disassembly and assembly design, and the replacement of wearing parts only takes 2–3 hours. Daily maintenance is simple, no professional technicians are needed, and maintenance costs are reduced.
-
Can environmental protection standards be met? How to handle dust/noise?
The whole line is equipped with pulse dust removal, closed sound insulation and water mist dust suppression systems, with dust emission ≤10mg/m³ and noise ≤75dB, which fully meets national and overseas environmental protection emission standards. Authoritative environmental impact assessment test reports can be provided to ensure compliance in production.
-
What is the production capacity of the whole line? Is power consumption high?
The standard capacity is 5–30 tons per hour, which can be customized according to the customer's site size and output demand; the power consumption per ton of steel is ≤25kWh, which is more than 20% energy-saving than traditional equipment, greatly reducing production costs.
-
What is the output particle size and purity?
The output particle size is flexibly adjustable from 50 to 150mm, adapting to the charging requirements of different steel mills; the iron purity is ≥98%, and the copper and aluminum recovery rate is ≥95%, which fully meets the direct furnace charging standards of steel mills without secondary sorting.
