The SC1210 scrap aluminum crusher is purpose-built for the secondary aluminum industry, delivering efficient size reduction of aluminum profiles, castings, and mixed aluminum scrap. Its robust construction and high-speed rotor produce uniform chip output ideal for direct charging into aluminum melting furnaces.

  • High-impact hammers with replaceable carbide tips for longer wear life on hard aluminum alloys

  • 1200 × 650mm feed opening accepts extrusions and profiles without pre-cutting

  • Dedusting port for connection to bag-house filtration (compliant with workshop air quality standards)

  • Low noise (≤85 dB) and vibration-isolated base frame

  • Optional infeed conveyor with magnetic tramp iron removal
