Product Description

The VSC41600 is our flagship high-volume UBC (Used Beverage Can) processing system, designed for large-scale aluminum can recycling operations. Unlike the SC7080 which handles loose cans, the VSC41600 accepts both loose cans and compressed bales — making it ideal for sorting centers and secondary aluminum smelters receiving pre-baled UBC from collection networks.

  • 1100 × 1600mm extra-wide feed opening directly accepts baled UBC without pre-opening

  • High-speed vertical-shaft impact crusher achieves fine, uniform chip output

  • Integrated air density separator and magnetic drum achieve >99% aluminum/steel separation

  • Output aluminum chips meet international re-melt grade specifications (ISRI 206 equivalent)

  • Fully enclosed crushing chamber with cyclone dust control

  • Automated feed via chain conveyor with variable-speed control

  • Full process line control via PLC touchscreen HMI
